The award recognises the impact the sudden move to home working had on many HR teams, including the need for ‘face to face’ meetings to move online.
The Workpro HR portal adds employee-facing functionality. It provides a secure vault where cases can be submitted and tracked, and potentially sensitive notes and documents can be exchanged between (authorised) stakeholders, for example line managers and HR professionals. The ability to electronically sign documents and survey capabilities are also coming soon.
Development of our Workpro HR software is ongoing, however this award has enabled us to respond at greater speed to the sudden shift in HR working practices brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.
