CAS Chairman since 2004, Ian has over 30 years’ experience in building innovative high growth technology companies. He has personally invested in over 40 start-ups and served on the boards of Scottish Enterprise, the Scottish Funding Council and as co-chair of the Scottish Science Advisory Board.

With a background in customer services management, Ken is passionate about customer retention, team engagement and commercial value. He led our move to employee ownership - his focus is fulfilled employees serving clients well.

PRINCE2-qualified, Irma is an experienced business analyst and project manager. With strong reporting and business intelligence skills, Irma works closely with customers to make sure their requirements are understood and met.

Chris is responsible for product development, with a strong focus on productivity and quality through Lean and Agile management. Chris has worked in Financial Services, Further Education and IT, on projects ranging from web development to data mining.

PRINCE2-qualified, Simon makes sure our customer contracts are fulfilled on time and on budget, with solutions that are effective, efficient and value for money. Simon is a highly experienced business process consultant and project manager.

Pam Thomson

Finance and Admin Manager

Pam is the woman in charge! She manages the office, takes care of our finances, and liaises with suppliers and customers alike. With an IT background and many years of experience in company finance and administration, Pam is a very handy person to have around.

Lynne has a background in IT sales and a degree in marketing. She spends much of her time listening to clients and collaborating with colleagues to make sure our product strategy and market approach are rooted in real-world needs.

Marc has overall responsibility for all Workpro installations and company infrastructure. Marc has been managing Workpro systems for over a decade and has a wealth of experience in many and varied target environments, from on-premise client solutions to our hosted platform.
