Workpro is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, but some training on the system may be beneficial in order to ensure that your staff use it to your best advantage.
We offer a range of training packages, tailored to your needs, for different user types, from caseworkers and administrators, to managers and reports producers.
Onsite or offsite training.
We recommend classroom style training sessions for users, in small groups of up to 8 to allow maximum interaction during training. This can be carried out on site, if appropriate training facilities exist, or at an alternative off-site environment.
Train the Trainer
CAS also offers train-the-trainer sessions and online training.
This is carried out as a less formal hands-on session with a maximum of 3 participants and covers user configuration facilities for example, creating document templates and editing Look Up Lists.
For more complex implementations, CAS can provide staff to ‘floor walk” during the first few days when the system becomes ‘live’ to provide a greater degree of ‘hand holding’.
