ENQUIRERS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Request a Demo or Contact Form
When you submit a website enquiry form the information is stored in the integrated CRM provided by our website developers, called Everyone. This ensures we have a record of the enquiry and can respond appropriately. An email copy of your request is sent to the Workpro Marketing Manager to ensure a prompt response. We do not add the enquirer’s details to a marketing list. We erase CRM records after a period of three years of no further contact with the enquirer or prospect.
Email or Telephone Contact
Email and telephone contacts are recorded in our email system, so that we have a record of the enquiry and can respond appropriately. We do not add the enquirer’s details to a marketing list. We erase records after a period of three years of no further contact with the enquirer.
SUBSCRIBERS TO MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Opt in Tick Boxes
The tick boxes at the bottom of our contact forms allow you to opt in to receive occasional marketing communications from us on your product area of interest. Ticking these boxes adds your Name, Organisation Name and Email Address to a marketing list stored on the third party service Mailchimp, which we use for email marketing. You can withdraw or change this consent at any time by sending us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also click the Unsubscribe button in the footer of our marketing emails.
Subscribe Areas in Website Footer
The Subscribe form located in the website footer is another route to opting in to the above marketing communications from us in your area of interest. Submitting this form adds you to a marketing list stored in Mailchimp as above, with the same ability to withdraw consent.
RESOURCE DOWNLOADS FROM OUR WEBSITE
Some of our resources include a request form. This helps us to improve engagement and to produce better materials in future by giving us insight into who is interested in the material. The information is stored in the integrated CRM provided by our website developers, called Everyone. We do not add the requestor’s details to a marketing list. We erase CRM records after a period of three years of no further contact with the requestor.
