YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will never use your personal information for any purpose other than responding to an enquiry about our products and services, or regarding the provision of products and services as requested by you. That means we do not sell information or lists to other organisations under any circumstances.
Please contact our Marketing Manager via firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns regarding your personal information. You can also request that your details are erased or rectified at any time.
When you submit a contact form on our website the information is stored in the integrated CRM system. This ensures we have a record of the enquiry and can respond appropriately. We erase these records after a period of three years of no further contact with the enquirer or prospect.
You may opt-in to receive occasional marketing emails from us (company or product news) by selecting from tick boxes located on our website contact forms. The information supplied is then added to the relevant marketing communications list stored in our Mailchimp account.
You can withdraw or change this consent at any time by sending us a message to email@example.com. You can also click the Unsubscribe button in the footer of our marketing emails.
Some of our resources include a request form. The information helps us to better engage with people interested in our products and services and is stored in our integrated website CRM. We erase CRM records after a period of three years of no further contact with the requestor.
