Workpro Licence and Support Agreement

Workpro Case Management and its related documentation is a software product, developed by CAS. Workpro is a registered trademark owned by CAS and the IPR and Copyright of the Workpro Case Management software product resides with CAS.

Workpro Case Management is supplied to the Client under the terms detailed in this Licence Agreement (and its Schedule).

In this Agreement the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1   On Acceptance and payment of the Licence Fee by the Client, CAS shall grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software and Documentation for the Client and any Client Affiliate’s own internal business purposes at the Site and subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 The Licence is granted to the Client for the Site, but if the number of Software users at the Site increases beyond the Site Maximum CAS shall be entitled to require payment of further licence fees by the Client to CAS based on the then current licence fees for the Software payable by clients of CAS. The Client shall promptly notify CAS if the number of Software users at the Site reaches or exceeds the Site Maximum.
