Workpro is pre-configured with standard case types and workflows, so for straightforward requirements it is ready to use "out of the box". Typically though clients prefer a degree of customisation, depending on needs and budget. Workpro is a highly customisable, flexible product and can be tailored to meet your exact requirements.
A Project Manager oversees the delivery of all services, and we use Agile project management techniques to keep everything on track and to budget.
We offer standard setup services with every Workpro implementation. This covers client specific implementation essentials such as security setup and datasets.
Report Writing Service
Workpro comes with a set of standard reports and you can write more, building up the report library over time (optional report writer training is available). We offer a report writing service if you would like some support in extending your report library.
Configuration and Customisation Services
Our experienced team are available to work with you to make any required adjustments or extensions to the Workpro system, for example changes to the workflow or additional case types. Requirements specification, full testing and deployment are all included with this service.
Please note that a number of system elements are user maintainable, allowing you to make changes over time without CAS involvement. This includes look-up lists, categories and classifications, document templates, KPIs (targets, thresholds and alerts), user permissions, file management and data retention activities etc.
Integration and Migration Services
Workpro can be integrated with your other systems if required (e.g. CRM, telephony, websites). We also offer data migration services.
