Workpro is pre-configured with standard case types and workflows, so for straightforward requirements it is ready to use "out of the box". Sometimes however, clients require a degree of customisation, depending on their needs and budget, and Workpro is highly flexible and customisable.
Some elements of the system can be maintained by client system administrators (learn more). For other more complex requirements our team of Implementation Specialists and Business Analysts is available to help.
A Project Manager oversees the delivery of all services, and we use Agile project management techniques to keep everything on track and to budget.
We offer a standard setup service with every Workpro implementation. This covers essentials such as ensuring client specific security settings are in place.
Configuration Support Services
Adjustments or extensions can be made to the Workpro system, for example changes to the workflow or additional case types. Requirements specification, full testing and deployment are all included with this service.

The SQL Report Writer available with the Workpro system is a powerful tool, and users can create their own reports at any time without CAS help (training in report writing can be provided). CAS can also provide the following reporting services:
Reporting Datasets Service - Standard datasets are included with the core Workpro product which allow you to easily report on all case data. CAS Business Analysts can also can produce additional, bespoke datasets if required.
Report Writing Service - CAS Business Analysts can also write reports for you if preferred. Well written re-usable reports can save you a lot of time and money in the long run.
