The Covid-19 pandemic is a rapidly changing situation that CAS (developer of Workpro) is constantly monitoring. We are continuing to take guidance from the UK and Scottish Governments and health officials and are actively adapting our business continuity plans as required. We would like to extend our gratitude to all frontline workers; our thoughts are with all of you who have been impacted by Covid-19.
We want to reassure you that the health and welfare of our staff and clients is at the heart of every decision we make – it has been a comfort to be able to continue to effectively support our CAS community by working remotely. Recent investment and planning enabled us to be early adopters of the “stay at home” advice, with minimum needs to attend on site being carried out thoughtfully. In the main, it is business as usual and we are communicating with customers and colleagues daily to support each other during these extraordinary times.
During this period of uncertainty, our Workpro team has been considering how we could in our own way help organisations with longer term home working. Workpro case management software is ideal for coordinating casework in today’s remote setting – it can be deployed via remote access, then used remotely, and we can quickly get new users set up (also remotely) while under a lockdown. We are seeking to make it as easy as possible to offer our support to organisations to get you through this crisis – reduced contract commitment terms and fees are available for people with immediate needs so that they can review arrangements in the longer term.
