CAS is pleased to announce that our core case and complaints management system Workpro has been awarded a place on the latest UK Government G-Cloud 6 framework agreement. Using the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Digital Marketplace , UK public sector organisations can use the G-Cloud framework to find and compare cloud-based products and services.

With the current trend towards cloud based solutions, we invested in adapting our existing, well respected Workpro product for this market. Workpro is a complete software system which helps organisations record, manage and report all complaints, issues and requests.

We recognise that rising customer service expectations, combined with the increasing squeeze on budgets, are piling pressure on organisations and we wanted to open up our wealth of experience in case management and complaints handling to those looking for a rapidly deployed, budget friendly solution. In short we want to enable our customers to ‘do more, with less’.

Our new Workpro hosted solution allows us to offer industry best practice processes, templates and reporting ‘out of the box’, whilst maintaining the flexibility, scalability and security which Workpro is known for and which is of such value to our customers.
